About Me

Stewart Severino

Bridging the Gap Between the Boardroom, Operations, and Ministry.

Transformation is not just technical, it is theological, operational, financial, and relational.

With over 25 years of experience across marketing, innovation, digital strategy, and organizational design – combined with graduate-level theological formation at Dallas Theological Seminary – I serve as a strategic translator for faith-based leaders. I help bridge the gap between:

Strategy and Execution ensuring your operating model can actually deliver on your mission.

Executives and Board Members needing clear line-of-sight into operational risk.

Donors and Ministry Teams moving from transactional asks to deep formation.

Over a 25-year career spanning corporate marketing, nonprofit leadership, private equity backed startups, and innovation strategy, Stewart has built a track record of strategic frameworks that deliver scalable impact.

He brings a rigorous, systems-thinking approach informed by deep theological grounding (Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary) and a personal commitment to helping organizations serve people well.

Stewart integrates emerging tools,  including AI,  to accelerate clarity, alignment, and execution across complex team dynamics. He leads Digital Ministry & Innovation for The Navigators, a global disciple-making ministry, where he architects cross-functional initiatives to scale both digital and in-person impact. He also advises other mission-driven organizations on growth, marketing, and operational excellence.
